Eating Out

This doesn’t need to be tricky!

 

If you are trying to shed a few pounds, it’s all about choices. Look for healthier options on the menu (so, not deep fried or overly processed meals). Steamed veg or salads with dressing on the side (often dressing are made up of inferior oils & vinegars – you’re better off without them), casseroles, “meat and veg/salad options” and meals without heavy cheesy sauce (like lasagne and the like).

 

Look for fewer ingredients, cooked as lightly as possible.

 

Your body will celebrate as you take a break from cooking!
