You've Gotta Move

We were designed to move. Our bodies need movement – so make it your mission to find whatever it is that doesn’t feel like a grind.

 

“Exercise for exercise sake” is difficult for most. It’s far easier to buy-in if you love what you are doing. And your body will be healthier, stronger, fitter and quite simply, is more likely to last longer!

 

So is it walking, climbing, dancing, skating, running, riding, skiing, tennising, golfing, yogaing, skipping, trampolining, swimming….. ???whatever it is that makes you feel alive and exhilarated once done, is the thing that you need more of! That’s the movement plan I’ll be searching for with all of my clients.
